I really hope that it doesn’t get linked with Nuclear deal. We have already seen and heard a lot in regard to Nuclear deal.

Delhi is a high security zone, if such blasts can happen there then they can happen anywhere...

This can mean many things - reaction to nuke deal, involvement and support of local people, communal angle, spread of terrorism, lack of intelligence and security...

More bombs are being defused...I hope all IB folks at Delhi are safe...

This is not really shocking, given how incompetent and less interested our governments are, when it comes to security of a ”aam aadmi” (common man). The terrorists were just waiting for security efforts to reduce post Independence day and than strike.

The only long term solution is to make sure all of us as citizens of India start respecting our fellow citizens from all sects and religions and make them feel part of our country.

This is a total failure of our intelligence agencies. I had been in the site at CP and it was terrible. The bombs were designed to go off when the weekend crowd was gathering in the markets and favourite hangouts.

Today’s five serial blasts in the capital
city Delhi is horrible and shameful.I
strictly condemn this attack.

It’s also amazing that such types of blood

This is sad but not shocking. Forget about common man, we are country where we have seen politicians supporting Afzal Guru, who actually tried to kill them. This is what vote banking has been in our country. How can we believe that rights of common man will ever be protected.

1. Big leading Israel defence company who recently invented automated explosive detection systems, which are installed in tel Aviv airport and when they approached state governments much before Jaipur blasts and both state and central government. Our government bureaucrats said they know how to handle things and if they will ever face need then we can develop it. Proposal was to install these system in airports and all major shopping markets and rather state governments doing it, central government should do it. Soon after 15 days, we had Jaipur, Bangalore, Ahembdabad and now Delhi.

2. United States government requested MEA and central government that terrorists are no longer using local tactics and are being trained on international grounds. In Iraq they are facing with new kind of assault every day. They requested that they would like to work closely with state governments and share info. on latest mechanisms used by them. MEA and Home affairs were too busy in Other things.
Ahmadabad and Now in Delhi, operatives used cylinder based IED’s. This is first time they are using it and in last year in Iraq we have seen this as new IED’s form.

Either central government realizes funds like EHRM of 200 crores each, or brings open policy for international cooperation on counter terrorism tactics or starts creating talent based industry in India, till then we are most easy picks.

The spirit of the city and the people is resilient. Even with the underlying thread of fear buses and autos are plying as usual

People have been going to the hospitals to donate blood. Their seems to be a sense of vigilence amongst the common man, even as they relaise the major part they can play by keeping a lookout for suspicious objects.

Ms. Kanchan i respect your feeling but problem is that after every terror strike we try to show we are united and the fact is that it is all false. We are not united but it is by virtue of ignorance and we are just least bothered and think that these things are part of our life. We as Indians are ignorant and cowards, who are too afraid for our lives and just care for ourselves and only get concern when we ourselves become the victim. Time is not to sit in our homes and say we are united but actually act like that. We cannot have unity between two brothers, two neighbors, two cities, two clans, two religions, two states, two countries. We all who are saying we are united are the ones when we sit at home blame one person or other person. Common man needs to show we are one human beings. Neighbors never talk ill about your family till their is some hole in your family, similarly there is something wrong in our system and that is our thinking. We cannot suddenly change things, but start small. We need to change our attitude, stop office politics and respect everyone viewpoint, then you will begin other things and that will finally make safer India.

The Delhi Blasts is all due to our overconfidence in our politicians and our security agencies.

”I will try to explain how our attitude of office politics results in Terrorism”

In my previous reports and solutions recommended to government we expalined that we need to solve terrorism by applying right strategy.

Terrorism has three layers:

A. Top layers is fund raisers, leaders who are simply mad and you cannot do anything about them

B. They are the elocutionist and very well educated youth who are brain washed and get frustrated over the years by the ignorance of people and when their viewpoint is not understood.
This is where we need to stop office politics, because this is the symptoms of our attitude to talk ill about someone without understanding or respecting other person. This is in our blood and we need to stop and love all beings and try to understand and respect everyone. This can only change by small change, first stop talking ill about anyone and that you can start from home and office and only then you will stop talking ill about other religions, castes, states.

c. This layer is of people who are actually here because of economic reasons and just want to feed their family.

We had suggested that Layer A exists because of support of Layer C. Layer B exists because of Layer A.

Best solution is to understand the talent of Layer C and accordingly develop business solutions and develop talent based industry. Reason is that most of insurgents are paid INR 15K on an average/month and when asked to leave they say simple thing that if they leave their jobs they have to work as workers for mere 3.5-4K/Month and how can they feed their family, thus they think it is better to die and feed family till they are alive than see them dying of hunger in front of their own eyes. Thus econ0mic solutions have to be talent based not based on education or skill set.

If layer C is brought back then Layer A can easily be crushed. As far as Layer B is concerned, we need to respect everyone and they are our friends and they just left us on wrong path because of our ignorance. Otherwise This layer B will always try and wish to become layer A and the day they become layer A, they will seek poor people and places and again form layer C.

So, that is why we need to change our attitudes, it is not respecting Muslims, respect everyone around you and if you feel bad about someone then talk to him rather than talking to third person about him. Respect everyone’s viewpoint.

The IM is challenging the Indian investigating agencies openly. The had carried out audacious attacks where they even forewarned of the blasts through emails. This time too they have thrown an open challenge to security agencies to stop them if they could.

Hard core haterad is generated by fanaticism, poverty, misled sense of being that wants to take life not give...not petty office politics...

The bombs that were diffused in Gujarat speak volumes about how governance can be manipulated. Trying not to rake up a controversy here, I find it too much of a coincidence that cops found so many bombs and diffused them. Planted intentionally ’not to go off’, I guess. And I’m sure there’s more to these blasts than just the cruel face of terrorism.
